Provides an outstanding ‘finishing touch’ to meat dishes, either simply drizzled or cooked down as a reduction. This dark balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) to come from Modena, Italy.
