Genesis Kitchen Shipping Policies

We aim to process all online and phone orders within one business day. While we are over 95% successful in achieving this aim please understand that we are a small business and during peak times unexpected delays may occur. We respond to every order inquiry via phone and/or email so feel free to reach out with any concerns and they will be addressed as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are usually less than advertised by UPS or USPS. We ship directly from our Columbia Falls store and pass on the good rates to our customers.

Handling Fees

We assess a small handling fee to offset the rising cost of packaging materials. For orders between $1 – $99, the fee is 2.99; for orders between $100 – $200, the fee is $4.99. For any orders of $200 or more, the fee is $9.99.

Free Shipping

At times we offer Free Shipping as an online promotion. When offered,  it can not be used for phone or in-store orders. Handling fees still apply to orders that receive free shipping.

Shipping Locations

We ship everywhere in the US including Hawaii and Alaska. Free shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska but please read below for the good news.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Q) If I place an order that qualifies for free shipping, can I have my items shipped to multiple destinations?
A) No, it is only free to a single destination. Any orders that require shipping to multiple destinations will require different orders for each destination.

Q) I placed my order and I haven’t received my package. Whats going on?
A) Please check your email for the tracking information. This is always sent when orders are processed. If you can not find it in SPAM or junk send us an email and we can resend it or give you the tracking # directly if needed. If tracking does not satisfy, reach out to us and we will dig deeper.

Q) How do I know which delivery service is handling my package?
A) At the time of checkout it will allow you to select your choice of delivery services.

Q) How does the shipping work for Alaska and Hawaii?
A) The best rates are almost always via USPS priority mail flat rate boxes. These boxes can fit all bottle sizes EXCEPT 750 ml. For best rates select two 375 ml bottles instead of one 750. For further assistance in building orders for maximum shipping value per product cost please get in touch and we are happy to assist.

Q) Can I place an order for international delivery?
A) At this time, we are not set up to ship internationally.
