Luisa Abram’s goal with this White Chocolate Bar was to honor Brazilian ingredients. The crunchiness comes from a handmade praline that they, indiscriminately, add Brazil nuts to before they break it into small pieces. The praline almost dissolves when it touches the tongue, leaving the crunchy Brazil nut to give extra texture to the pallet. The milk helps to spread the tastes evenly in the mouth, resulting in an incredible explosion of flavor and texture.
