Harvested from chestnut groves in Umbria, wild truffle flakes and truffle extract are blended with cremini mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil to create a balanced, decadent & earthy truffle sauce. Terrific with any type of pasta, it can also be used as a tapenade for crostini & bruschetta, on pizza, as well as roasted meats.
