Our Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic Condimento, which is aged up to 12 years, is juicy, fragrant, sweet, slightly tart and simply mouthwatering. With the enticing flavor of fresh, ripe apricot, it tastes like summer in a bottle. Our recommended applications include: dressing, vinaigrettes, glaze, reduction, marinade, fruit salad, chicken, or grilling. It pairs well with our lemon or lime olive oil.
This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera Method. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) to come from Modena, Italy.
