  • This classic example of a Frantoio-Leccino displays a beautifully soft fragrant nose. It is malty, creamy and displays notes of green apple and dried herbs. There is a nice astringency and bitterness on the back end. This beautiful field blend of two classic Italian varietals makes for a truly unique oil. Notes of fennel seed, cinnamon, and nutmeg lead to a clean and pungent finish. Well balanced and loaded with truly unique flavors.  
  • This Robust Arbequina displays notes of cut grass, green almond and savory artichoke. Fresh grassy front with a peppery finish. The oil has a nice creamy body with medium-high values of bitterness and spiciness.   • This high biophenol Chilean oil displays notes of dandelion greens and wild grass. There is a delayed pepper note that is wonderfully bitter and pungent typical of a high phenol oil.
  • This Chilean Picual has a beautiful floral nose. The oil displays savory notes of artichoke and leafy greens. This oil is a very well balanced with delightful pepper notes and light in bitterness.
  • This is truly an exquisite Hojiblanca. It has an incredibly delightful fruity nose. It is sweet, mild, and has a very rich mouth feel. There are beautiful notes of honeydew melon, creamy stone fruit, sweet tomato, herbs, and no bitterness. This variety is sure to please the palate.
