The result is a tart, complex vinegar with a touch of sweetness, subtle fruit characteristics, and moderate acidity.

This is a tart balsamic vinegar with residual grape flavor and 6% acidity.

Our exclusive “Denissimo” contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, and slowly ages in five different casks comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood.
